I’m A Finalist!

The first message to greet me this morning was from Millesima, causing me to grin from ear to ear!

A wine merchant based in Bordeaux and New York, Millesima started their wine blog awards to highlight the wine blogging community in Europe and the US. The three award categories are Wine Reporter, Food and Wine Pairing, and Wine Travel. Two people from both the US and Europe are picked in each category as finalists, then the public votes for the winners.

I submitted articles for the Food and Wine Pairing category (Tortilla Espanola Crosses Wine Borders) and under Wine Travel from a recent trip Mark and I took (Wine Exploration: Uruguay).

My articles were one of three selected under the Europe category, and as you might imagine, I’m thrilled beyond belief!

As a finalist, a magnum of 2010 Château Clerc Milon is coming my way which means a gathering of friends to share this wine! A huge thank you to Château Clerc Milon.

Here’s How You Can Help!

Public voting closes January 29th and it’s easy to vote!

Click here for the Food and Wine Category where you can read my and the other articles and cast your vote.

To read about the US and European finalists, go to the Millesima FaceBook page.

If you’re a fan of Twitter or Instagram, use the #MillesimaBA18 and #ClercMilon hashtags to read about the entire process.

Good luck to the other finalists and thank you for your support!
